Quality Check Associate

Key Objective:

Join our team as a Quality Check Associate! We’re seeking a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in assessing the quality of appliances customers wish to sell to us. Using provided photos and videos, you’ll determine fair prices, engage with customers persuasively, and ensure their satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review photos and videos uploaded by customers to assess the quality of appliances.
• Use knowledge and expertise to determine a fair price for the appliance.
• Provide customers with a quote for their appliance based on its condition.
• Effectively communicate with customers to persuade them to sell their appliance to our company.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Work with the rest of the team to continually improve our quality check and pricing processes

Ideal candidate Requirement:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or 6 months of experience as customer service roles (Sales preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate product quality based on photos and videos
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the use of technology

Academia:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
