Quality Assurance Associate
We are looking for a Quality Check Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of appliances that customers wish to sell to us, based on photos and videos provided by the customers. The candidate will then use their knowledge and expertise to quote a fair price to the customer and convince them to sell their products to us.
- Review photos and videos uploaded by customers to assess the quality of appliances.
- Use knowledge and expertise to determine a fair price for the appliance.
- Provide customers with a quote for their appliance based on its condition.
- Effectively communicate with customers to persuade them to sell their appliances to our company.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Work with the rest of the team to continually improve our quality check and pricing processes.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate product quality based on photos and videos
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with the use of technology
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Other Key Skills – Inter-personal and Communication Skills, Basic Understanding of Appliances (T.V./WM/REF/AC/DW)
- Languages Known – Any South language Preferred along with English and Hindi
