Human Resources Associate

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will manage various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including the job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave programs
  • Assist with performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and coaching
  • Assist in drafting employee policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepared HR reports as required
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
