We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Control and Repair Technician to join our team. As a Quality Control and Repair Technician, your primary role will involve conducting physical quality control checks on used appliances and addressing claims by performing repairs. By ensuring product quality and reducing claim rates, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monthly PJP Planning: Create and share a monthly plan for reseller visits with the reporting manager.
  • Quality Audit: Respond promptly to reseller claims, visit locations, inspect products, and perform repairs to maintain quality and reduce claim rates.
  • Repair Support: Train resellers in cost-effective product repairs and share technical knowledge for effective troubleshooting.
  • Diagnosing Technical Issues: Expertly diagnose technical problems in consumer electronics and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Technician On-boarding: Identify and on board potential technicians as resellers to expand our service network and enhance repair capabilities.

Experience Required:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or service delivery industry.
  • Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics, appliances, or durable goods industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 90%).

Academic Qualification:

  • Minimum 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Graduate with expertise in appliance diagnosis.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for travel.
  • Prior industry experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or durables.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with resellers.

  • Proficient in conducting repairs and maintenance of consumer electronics and appliances.
