Data Analyst

Job Summary:

Key Objective: Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights? As a Data Analyst, you’ll collect, validate, analyze, and report data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Validation:
• Gather relevant data from various sources and departments.
• Ensure data precision, consistency, and completeness.
• Detect and resolve discrepancies and incongruities.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Create regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Present findings in a clear and coherent manner.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and enhance data management and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and other teams for accurate reporting.
• Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users on data entry and report generation.
• Address user inquiries and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Experience Required:

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Lookups, Count Ifs, and Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modelling.
• Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.

Academia:

• Graduate or Post graduate with a strong academic background.

• Ability to present complex data concisely and understandably.
